By creating an account or using GMB Pilot you agree to these Terms.

The service

GMB Pilot provides software to audit, monitor and manage Google Business Profiles and related local SEO activities. GMB Pilot is not affiliated with Google. We do not guarantee any particular ranking, traffic or business result.

Your responsibilities

• You must own or be authorised to manage every Business Profile you connect.
• You will follow Google's Business Profile policies. You will not use GMB Pilot to post fake reviews, gate reviews, offer incentives for reviews, or publish misleading content.
• You are responsible for content you approve and publish, and for having consent to message the contacts you upload.

Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes (GST). Plan limits apply as described on the pricing page.

Suspension

We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms, Google's policies or applicable law.

Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts at [your city] having jurisdiction.
