This Privacy Policy explains how GMB Pilot ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our website and software.

Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone, business details and billing information you provide.
• Google Business Profile data: when you connect Google, we access the Business Profile information, reviews, posts, media and performance insights for the locations you choose.
• Customer contacts you upload for review requests (name, phone, email) and their consent status.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, and cookies needed to run the service.

How we use Google user data

We use data obtained through Google APIs only to provide and improve the user-facing features of GMB Pilot that you request — such as audits, review management, posting and reporting. Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except with your consent, for security purposes, to comply with law, or when aggregated and anonymised.

AI processing

To draft review replies, descriptions and posts we send the relevant text to our AI provider. Drafts are only published after you approve them.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers needed to run GMB Pilot (hosting, email, messaging, payments, AI and SEO data providers) under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.

Security & retention

Access tokens are encrypted at rest. We keep data while your account is active and delete it within 30 days of account closure, unless law requires otherwise. You can disconnect Google at any time, which revokes our access.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent, as provided under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and other applicable laws. Contact us at the email below.
